You are automatically enrolled in several IOTA Community Schools benefits at no cost to you:

• Basic Life Insurance
• Short-Term Disability
• Long-Term Disability

Important: Once your initial 30-day enrollment period ends, you cannot make benefit changes until IOTA Community Schools next Annual Open Enrollment period unless you experience a qualified life event such as birth, marriage, or divorce. Benefit changes due to a qualified life event must be completed within 30 days of the event; otherwise, you will have to wait until the next Annual Open Enrollment period.

Note: If you don’t take action within 30 days of hire, you will default into no coverage for the 2024 – 2025 plan year.
